Hearthmother Journey is a product and ministry of Rooted In Eden Private Membership Association (“PMA”), which is a membership organization established under the right of private contract and free association and within a private jurisdiction not subject to corporate statutes or codes. All members must agree to terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you come to realize within the first 30 days after the start of classes that the program is not a good fit for you, you are free to un-enroll.

The first $500 is non-refundable and you will be asked to either return or pay for your Welcome Box. You will then lose access to all course content and the private community/calls at that time.

NO REFUNDS will be available for those who cancel after the first 30 days.

If timing is the only issue, you may choose to defer your enrollment until either of the next two cohorts, applying $500 of what you have already paid toward that future cohort.

APPRENTICESHIP & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Hearthmother Journey is an online program and therefore does not provide hands-on skills practice. Each student is responsible to arrange this aspect of her training through connections in her local community.

Hearthmother Journey offers an optional in-person retreat and skills workshop once per year for an additional registration fee. This workshop is open only to current and past students of Hearthmother Journey.
