CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If you come to realize within the first 30 days after the start of Hearthmother Journey classes that the program is not a good fit for you, you are free to un-enroll. You will retain access to all course modules you have been given up until the point of cancellation, but will lose access to Hearth Calls, your private community/cohort, future modules, and your eligibility to earn a certificate of completion and badge. You will be refunded everything you have paid minus the non-refundable $500 deposit and the cost of the welcome box (approx. $75, subject to change). Alternatively, you may mail back all the contents of the welcome box at your own cost, provided its contents have not been used.

NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS will be available after the first 30 days of the program start. If you are on a monthly payment plan, you will continue to be billed on schedule until the program is paid in full. You remain under contract to complete payment for the program, thereby also retaining access to the program in its entirety, whether you choose to utilize it or not.


DEFERMENT

If timing is the only issue, you may choose (within the first 90 days of the program start) to defer your enrollment until either of the next two cohorts, applying all payments made up until that point toward that future cohort.

You will be provided with a personalized coupon code reflecting the amount you have already paid, which can be applied to your invoice when you re-enroll in a future cohort. If you are on a monthly payment plan, your payments will be discontinued effective immediately. If at the time you re-enroll the price of the program has increased since your initial enrollment, you will be responsible to pay the difference in tuition price.

Your access to course modules, hearth calls, private community/cohort will be revoked until you have re-enrolled. Think of it as a reset button.

PAYMENT DEFAULT

If you fail to continue with your payment plan (aka default on payments) at any point during the program, you will lose access to all modules, materials, hearth calls, and the private cohort community. But if you continue until the entire program is paid for, this course content will be available to you with lifetime access, even if you didn't engage in Hearth Calls or submit your final projects during your cohort year.

CERTIFICATION

Hearthmother Journey is not a degree-granted or accredited program, nor does it issue certification. It is not a substitute for a MEAC-accredited school, should you desire the CPM credential.
